Available in the Mega Dimension DLC
Dream Eater can only be obtained as a TM through the Mega Dimension DLC. You must have purchased this DLC and updated to Version 2.0.0 to access DLC content.
If you do not have the Mega Dimension DLC, you can still get Pokemon with the Dream Eater move by trading with someone who have taught their Pokemon this move.
