HP Up can be acquired in Reward Battles in Infinite Z-A Royale. This feature can be unlocked after you complete Main Mission 38.
How to Use HP Up
Use to Increase a Pokemon's HP
HP Up is a surefire way to increase a Pokemon's HP stat. Specifically, HP Up gives 10 EVs to a Pokemon's HP Stat.
Effort Values (EVs) are hidden values that correspond to each of the six main stats that a Pokemon has: HP, Attack, HP, Special Attack, Special HP, and Speed. Specifically, 4 EVs is equivalent to 1 stat point, and a Pokemon can only gain a maximum of 252 EVs per stat and a total of 508 EVs.
