Seed of Mastery is used to allow your Pokemon to learn Plus Moves by bringing it to Josee in the Justice Dojo. This is a mechanic that increases a move's damage while using power from the Mega Ring and is unlocked after completing Main Mission 9.

How to Get Seed of Mastery

By Defeating Alpha Pokemon

Seeds of Mastery can be acquired by defeating or capturing Alpha Pokemon.

Alpha Pokemon are variants that are larger in size with red glowing eyes, marked with a red symbol next to their name in the HUD. They boast a higher HP stat and often have exclusive Moves, making them a difficult opponent to beat in combat.
