Dusk Stones can be acquired from glowing Poke Balls scattered all over the city.
Complete Side Mission 083
You can get a Dusk Stone by completing Side Mission 083 Honedge's Cutting Edge. The questgiver will be across the Rouge Pokemon Center.
You need defeat their Honedge with a Pupitar. You can over level your Pupitar to make the fight easier, just do not choose to evolve it.
Buy Dusk Stone in Post-Game Stone Empoirum
Dusk Stone can be purchased at the Stone Emporium for ₽3,000, after you complete Main Mission 039: The Infinite Z-A Royale. Check the shop after finishing the story to evolve more Pokemon!
