it doesn't have a simultaneous global release unfortunately.

I’m confused - everywhere else says that, global simultaneous release still applies to timezones? I hope this version is accurate, but I can’t find anything on every digital copy being 12am JST and not, for example, 12am Oct 16 EDT/EST in the U.S.A. With your clock it would be 9am my time, instead of 10pm (MT) I don’t mean to disrespect or disregard your research, I’m just curious (and honesty hoping that your timing is right instead)
