Armor Cannon is a Move learned by Armarouge in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Armor Cannon, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Armor Cannon.

Armor Cannon Effect

Has the user combine its shoulder armor and charge power, then fire a blazing ball of flame. The user releases a shock wave in front of itself when firing, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon. The fired ball of flame explodes when it hits an opposing Pokemon or after it travels a set distance, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon and leaving them unable to act. The user's Defense and Sp. Def. is decreased for a short time after using this move.

How to Use Armor Cannon

Hold the Button Until the Gauge Moves Pass the Line

Make sure to hold down the move button until the gauge moves pass the line to ensure the move will acutally fire. Releasing the move button before the gauge moves pass the line won't do anything and will just force the move to go into a quick cooldown.

Move While Charging

Armarouge can move while charging Armor Cannon. Use this mechanic to get into a better position and have better aim before shooting.

Set Up With Psyshock

One trick to guarantee hitting targets with Armor Cannon is to use Psyshock first to set up the move. Make sure that the targets are within the last wave of Psyshock since the last wave will knock up enemies that it hits.

Get Close to Hit Targets with the Shock Wave

When Armarouge fires Armor Cannon, it releases a shock wave in front of itself that deals damage to enemies it hits. The range of the shock wave is about half of the moves total range, so make sure to get close to the targets to hit them with the shock wave.

Armor Cannon Patch History

1.16.2.8 Damage decreased by 10%. Cooldown increased from 6s to 7s.
1.16.2.6 Damage reduced by 10%.
