    ice beam does way more damage and has a DOT gives u movement and slows enemies and then also freezes. It's so much better than BBeam

    Ice beam has both freeze and movement speed increase. It’s like glaceon’s freeze dry with eldegoss’s leaf tornado

    Why are people voting ice beam??? it's terrible compared to bubble beam because bubble beam can instantly stun, aimed easier, and has more larger aoe.
