For a short time, increses the user's movement speed and has it enter stealth. While the user is in stealth, the boosted basic attack gauge increases. When stealth ends, the user's basic attack speed is increased for a short time. After this move is learned, if the user knocks out a Pokemon from the opposing team, this move's cooldown is reset, and the user's Attack increases for the remainder of the battle. This Attack increase effect can stack up to 8 times.
Activate Phantom Force to passively fill up Dragapult's Boosted Attack gauge. This is an effective way to save time in trying to fill up the gauge through attacks. It also keeps Dragapult safe from enemies thanks to the invisibility effect.
After breaking stealth, Dragapult gains a massive attack speed boost. Use this buff to focus on a single target and bombard it with attacks.
When going for Phantom Force, it's best to focus on hunting targets to gain the Attack stat bonus. This gives Dragapult the damage it needs to win the late-game and keep up with other damage dealers.
The attack bonus from Phantom Force stacks up to 10 times and Dragapult gets to keep it for the rest of the match! This greatly helps Dragapult to snowball in the late game.
Use the invisibility to sneak up on targets and quickly burst them down with moves and attacks. Be sure to get into a good position first before breaking stealth to avoid getting targeted.
List of Status Effects: Buffs and Debuffs
As much as possible, try to go for targets with low durability to easily stack the Attack bonus. The attack speed increase coupled with the damage from Dreep and Destroy, Dragon Breath or Shadow Ball should be more than enough to burst down fragile targets quickly and escape unharmed.
Phantom Force's cooldown resets and instantly becomes available again each time Dragapult knocks out an opponent. One way to utilize this mechanic is by using Phantom Force immediately after knocking out an opponent to keep Dragapult safe, allowing Dragapult to seek out another target or escape unharmed.
Once upgraded, Phantom Force's cooldown also decreases each time Dragapult hits an enemy with basic attacks. This mechanic goes really well with the move's attack speed buff, allowing Dragapult to quickly decerase the move's cooldown with its fast attack speed. This also removes the need for Dragapult to knock out opponents just to reset the cooldown.
