Blaze Kick Effect

Blaze Kick In-Game.jpg

Has the user perform a fiery flying kick. The user then jumps in the designated direction. When this move hits, it is always a critical hit, and it shoves opposing Pokemon and leaves them burned for a short time. In addition, the user becomes immune to hindrance while using this move.

How to Use Blaze Kick

Cast on Targets with 3 Blaze Stacks

Pokemon UNITE - Cinderace Defeating Talonflame Using Blaze Kick

Muck like Pyro Ball, you can maximize Blaze Kick's damage by using it on targets with 3 stacks of your passive. This is a great way to finish off targets due to the guaranteed critical hit.

Disengage Pursuing Enemies

Pokemon UNITE - Cinderace Using Blaze Kick on Gengar

Blaze Kick is a decent tool for disengaging enemies since Cinderace flips backwards after casting the move, creating distance between you and the target. This becomes more effective once the move is upgraded, enabling you to burst your target down faster due to the increased attack speed.

Dodge and Interrupt Certain Moves

Pokemon UNITE - Cinderace Using Blaze Kick to Dodge or Interrupt Moves

With proper timing and foresight, you can use Blaze Kick's Unstoppable status effect to dodge certain moves. Since the move also stuns targets for a short time, you can also use Blaze Kick to interrupt certain moves.

Reposition Cinderace

Blaze Kick - Reposition

With the 1.3.1.7 Update, you can now determine where Cinderace will land after using Blaze Kick. Use this new mechanic to get a better position when attacking targets. For example, when chasing a fleeing enemy, try to land in front of your target to cut off their escape route.
