Phantom Ambush is a Move learned by Gengar in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Phantom Ambush, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Phantom Ambush.

Phantom Ambush Effect
Has the user jump to the designated area and start sneaking with increased movement speed. If the Unite Move is used again, it deals damage to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect and decrease their movement speed for a short time.

After using Phantom Ambush, the Pokemon gains the following buff(s) for a few seconds:

How to Use Phantom Ambush
Hunt Down Targets
Phantom Ambush is a great Unite Move for cutting through your opponents' defenses and allowing you to burst down the squishier members of the enemy team that are usually behind defenders or positioned far back in a fight. Take advantage of the extra movement speed and wide view to hunt down easy targets and surprise them with burst damage!
Disengage from a Losing Fight
Escaping with Phantom Ambush is also a good strategy. Gengar will get a window of invulnerability once the move is activated, allowing it to dodge incoming attacks while disengaging from a losing fight.
