Given as Season Rewards in Ranked Battles Season 4
Beast Balls are the featured Poke Ball rewards for Ranked Battles Season 4. You need to have reached atleast a Rank E to get one.

Random Reward from Collectors in Hyperspace Lumiose
Battling certain trainers in high Rarity Hyperspace Battle Zones can net you Beast Balls and other high-rarity Apriballs.
How to Use Beast Balls
Lock in with ZL, Catch with ZR

A somewhat different Poke Ball that is not very effective when catching Pokemon. |
Use Beast Balls to catch wild Pokemon by aiming with ZL and throwing with ZR. You can also sneak up or lower a Pokemon’s HP to increase your chances and take advantage of stunned Pokemon after they’re knocked out for an easier capture.
