You can evolve Charcadet into Armarouge with the use of Auspicious Armor.

You can get either an Auspicious Armor or a Malicious Armor once you complete Side Mission 132, titled Bitter Blue Flames vs. Blazing Crimson. During this Side Mission, you will be asked to choose between the two armors, and you cannot get the other one from the mission.
