How to Use the Power Bracer
Give to a Pokemon to Boost Its Attack EV
Give the Power Bracer to a Pokemon to boost the EV for Attack making it an excellent choice for trainers who want to optimize training. Keep in mind however that this does reduce the Pokemon's Speed when held.
