How to Use Brave Mints
Use to Increase Attack But Decrease Speed
Brave Mints, when consumed, increases a Pokemon's Attack while decreasing its Speed, affecting its nature. However, mints cannot stack and affect a stat twice.
A Pokemon's nature will increase a stat while lowering another one. It is randomly decided every time you catch a Pokemon. With a mint, you can change how its stats are affected by their nature. It's incredibly useful for optimizing your Pokemon for battle.
