Stats: HP / Atk / Def / SpAtk / SpDef / Speed
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Bold | ↑ Defense, ↓ Attack |
| Calm | ↑ SpDef, ↓ Attack |
Due to Diancie having very high Defensive stats, its best natures are either Bold or Calm to boost its Defense or Special Defense further.
Diancie also has a better Special Attack stat compared to its Attack, so choosing one of the above natures allows Diancie to still deal some damage with its Special Moves.
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Relaxed | ↑ Defense, ↓ Speed |
| Sassy | ↑ SpDef, ↓ Speed |
You can also give Diancie either Relaxed or Sassy nature, allowing you to increase your Defense or Special Defense at the cost of reduced Speed.
Keep in mind that giving Diancie any of the above two natures will increase the cooldown of moves, putting you at a disadvantage against faster Pokemon.

If your Diancie has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
