Alakazite can be acquired by exchanging 360 Mega Shards in the Quasartico Inc. headquarters. You can get Mega Shards by destroying clusters of it around the Lumiose City.

Since Alakazam is a Fast Special Attacker, it's best Nature is either Modest or Timid to boost its Special Attack or Speed further, while reducing its Attack stat.

You can also give Alakazam either Mild or Rash nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.
