After clearing the game, you can unlock the "Infinite ZA Royale". After winning 15 battles, this will trigger an event where you can receive Eternal Flower Floette from your Rival. You can also obtain the Floettite which you can use to Mega Evolve into Mega Floette.
The Infinite Z-A Royale Walkthrough
(Main Mission 39)

Eternal Flower Floette will have three perfect IVs that will be permanent the moment you get it from your Rival. Since you cannot turn off Autosave, you either have to use a Backup Save, or use three Bottle Caps to max out your IVs.

Just like Bloodmoon Ursaluna from the Teal Mask, a regular Flabebe will not turn into an Eternal Flower Floette. This one is special and you can only obtain one in-game, unlike the other five flower colors of Floette.
Eternal Floette will also not evolve into a unique Florges.

|
Mega Floette
|
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Modest | ↑ SpAtk, ↓ Attack |
| Timid | ↑ Speed, ↓ Attack |
Since Eternal Floette is a Fast Special Attacker, it's best Nature is either Modest or Timid to boost its Special Attack or Speed further, while reducing its Attack stat.
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Mild | ↑ SpAtk, ↓ Defense |
| Rash | ↑ Speed, ↓ SpDef |
You can also give Eternal Floette either Mild or Rash nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.
Keep in mind that giving Eternal Floette any of the above two natures will increase the damage it receives, making it less ideal for Competitive Play and harder post-game content.

If your Eternal Floette has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
