I find fire spin+flame thrower best because how the cooldowns work together as when my flamethrower is used up fire spin is ready and vise versa.Also as flamethrower heals ho oh so it compensates for the damage fire spin redirected to ho oh.My final reason is that it pairs nicely with it's unite move as it gives more of a longer lasting ho oh then it's sky attack+fire spin combo.

When I have used Ho-Oh, flamethrower and fly works best because the full flamethrower can do about half of most Pokemon's health and fly helps with movement and and more power, also flamethrower works mid-flight.
I personally use Flamethrower + Fire Spin with either Slow Smoke or X Speed.
Vote is glitched. Both are sky attack and fly no flamethrower and fire spin.
How is this not op tier, it’s unkillable.
