    WHen using overheat. Use poltergeist so all three hits while holding overheat can be succesful.

    The names of Fire Blast and Mystical Fire were changed to Flame Thrower and Over heat on release. Honestly those names fit better imo

    It is not flamethrower, it is fire blast. Also it is not activated twice. The first blast is the boosted attack. And after using mystical fire, it becomes unable to use its basic attack for a short time. All is confirmed from Pokemon Unite PTS (Public Test Server.)

    I think it will be fine for ADCs. It seems to be a mage counter that can easily be countered by range and ADCs, and Imprison seems to be useful to prevent enemies from escaping via dash moves, not necessarily a 6s slow smoke that also shuts down dash moves.

    its imprison move maybe a bit to overpowered though to be able to disable opponent's move. basically gravity 2.0

    The double release in the flamethrower gif is actually not two usages. The first is its boosted attack, which is followed up by the actual move.

    Chandelure is an attacker becus in the post there is unite license of chandelure showing it is an attacker
