hoopa isnt viable anymore, it massively sucks in the new map, this shld be degraded to A tier.

I person have found incredibly useful for a Pokémon like dicudueye to use trick and phantom force to give it more room to work with and a hasty retreat for you and the ally under trick
Hoopa is absolutely useless unless you have a dedicated team. Definitely shouldn't be SS-tier, that's so disingenuous given how Blissey not only tanks and heals more than Hoopa, but the recent buff to Egg Bomb means it also does larger damage output. Hoopa is A-tier at best, in the current meta, and that's being generous.
Well for HH use it on goal when u want to switch lane so u and ur teammates can switch lane as long as they stand on the goal. Also use it when ur teammates or u have low hp so they can go back to base and heal but make sure u don't put HH in front of speedsters unless they got low hp because if they go to attack the opposition when it teleports people back to base they will get sent back as well. I don't use PH so I can't help on that.
You need a cooperative teammate and once their HP is half/low you could just use HH. (might be a bad tip) You also should use PH behind the opponent as PH does knockback i think
How do I use PH and HH effectively since I always use Trick and SB build
