What a bad tier list. "Defender wise" goodra and Lapras are in no way above blastoise and trevenant. Especially goodra. Goodra is closer akin to an all rounder.

Bruh umbreon is a S rank or SS rank its op and blastose is a S rank not a A rank and cluster is a A or S rank But the reason for cluster is in C rank is that it doesn't good 1v3 or 2v3 whit rock tumb moveset

Wait mamoswine learns its unite move at level 10?
Trevenant should be a Tier higher due to the fact that, with the right item setup, the broccoli can melt squishies with Pain Split and Curse. Rocky Helmet, Weakness Policy and Muscle/Focus Band.
You should put mamoswine on S Tier after the buff. Good at early and mid game. Great at team battles. An unkillable power house that could check a lot of pokemons.
