How much heal (what %) do we get based on our spl attack stat for example 900 spl attack vs 400 spl attack stats how much heal do we get (exact %) ?

I'd agree, honestly, it should be buffed to about 7 or 8 seconds.

Using this item purely for its passive, doesn't work well, as the cooldown is too long for its effect. They should either remove the delay, or make it only a few seconds. So if you're trying to make a defensive build the healing on this item isn't going to help you.

This site is Just amazing. I loved It. Very different from other sites which just "copy and paste" the information that the game inform us.

Hi! Thank you for your comment. The cooldown reduction works the same way as it does with the Energy Amplifier test. We updated our article to include the same test found on our Energy Amplifier to indicate that the cooldown reduction also works for Shell Bell.

Does the cooldown reduction effect your skills as well? I don't see a test for that like you did with energy amplifier

Hi!, thank you for pointing this out. After doing another test, we found that only the heal effect itself does not trigger at full HP. Whether the heal triggers or not, the item still goes on a cooldown when a move hits.

The article says "The healing effect of Shell Bell has a 10 second cooldown time after every successful move hit. Note that this will also take effect even if your health is full." but later says "As a result of the test, it is confirmed that the heal from Shell Bell does not trigger when the Pokemon has full HP. It only triggers when it is below full HP." These two statements are contradicting each other.....

It's based off your sp. Atk so I would assume each time it heals its a percentage of that stat. More sp.atk more heal. Not the damage you do but the sp.atk stat itself. Adding items that raise sp.atk also raises the heal.

I know it says that you heal for a minimum of X but do we know what the heal is based off of? Do you heal for a percentage of the dmg you do?
