You should go jungle invading with focus band muscle band/rapid fire scarf and float stone/ exp share and potion/x speed using this build while abusing your stunning options of basic attack and defence curl/rollout can let you easily make you secure farm with pound/ double slap cause it hits multiple times you can even ko the speedster cause if successful you over level him and you stun him and you heal with potion and focus band making you the most annoying creature on the planet (you will win)
Double slap+sing= attacker wigglytuff
Is Rescue Hood really worth it? It only works with the unite movement, isn't it better to have another object?
My best Wigglytuff moveset : 1. Double Slap 2. Sing

Its because her being a special attacker only effects the base attack, her ability moves depend on the type of the move, normal is physical, I don't know about dazzle though

To deal with a Wigglytuff, don't let them bait you at the bottom, they aren't trying to hide in the bush trust me (also yes I am still playing wiggly tuff and still use the trick I posted as anonymous 8) just try to blitz them and kill them before they can get a lead, and never 1v2 them, their hinders will leave you getting punished by the other teammate without being able to fight back, also wigglytuff are really bad at fighting back when on your score zone so just don't let them run

Also htting walls with rollout gives double slap and dazzling gleam's cooldowns back
I use the offensive build as Wigglytuff (Rollout and Double Slap) and here is a good place to use rollout in bottom path. It is really confined so the opponent wont be able to escape because rollout stuns, and it is easy to bait people in there just look like you are trying to hide in the bush
With sing, eject button is very strong. You should be playing wiggly like a tank; eject button gives you the ability to dash ahead of your group to sleep some squishies, to chase someone if they dash away, or save your life by jumping over an obstacle. Xspeed or fluffy tail are terrible options for wiggly.
Also, her chart could use tweaking. Sylveon decimates wiggly because Sylveon can outspeed sing, outzone your sing range with hyper voice, and overall melt you very quickly. This is by no means an even close matchup, and if you try to be aggressive against a somewhat competent sylveon you will be obliterated. Venusaur is not a good matchup ever since they buffed the petal dance set because you will be melted very quickly. Finally, a good greninja can and will give you the dick 1v1.
Weakness policy is not a good item for wiggly because she uses her special attack, not physical. Her optimal for sing support is Buddy Barrier, Focus Band, Score shield; score shield is especially nice with her ult, or for just in general keeping up with your attack weight lucario.
