How to Get Garchompite Z
Claim Special Distortion Mystery Gift
To get the Garchompite Z, you first need to obtain a special hyperspace distortion via Mystery Gift. This Mystery Gift was released on February 27, 2026 and has no end date at the time of writing.
You also need to have purchased the Mega Dimension DLC to get this Mega Stone.

Enter Special Dimension and Battle Mega Garchomp Z
After claiming the Mystery Gift, you will then locate a special hyperspace portal on the map that contains a Mega Stone. This will only show up after completing at least one Hyperspace Wild Zone.
A Level 110 Mega Garchomp Z will be waiting behind the portal which you need to defeat to get the Garchompite Z Mega Stone. You can use an Ice-type Pokemon to defeat it, as it is a mono-Dragon-type.
Once you defeat Mega Garchomp Z, you will obtain the Garchompite Z which will allow you to Mega Evolve a Garchomp into its new Z Mega Evolution!

The Garchompite Z is used to Mega Evolve Garchomp which temporarily buffs their base stats and changes their abilities. This can be accomplished by equipping the stone to the relevant Pokemon, then filling up and activating the Mega Power bar.
