You can get the item as item drops from 4-5 star Hyperspace Wild Zones.To increase your chance of getting this item, use donuts with Item Power: Special, as this increases the chance of getting useful items from Poke Balls. Donuts with 400 Flavor Score or more in Sour can get this effect.

You can also get this item as a reward upon completing Side Mission 160.
