To evolve Galarian Yamask into Runerigus, it must first take 49 damage or more. You can head to earlier Wild Zones and take hits from weak wild Pokemon.
Once Galarian Yamask takes damage, travel to Cafe Cyclone southeast of Wild Zone 2 and head to the nearby bridge in Coulant Waterway. Stand under the bridge and you will be able to evolve Galarian Yamask.

| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Adamant | ↑ Attack, ↓ SpAtk |
| Brave | ↑ Attack, ↓ Speed |
Since Runerigus is a Slow Physical Attacker, its best Nature is either Adamant or Brave to boost its Attack further, while reducing its Special Attack or Speed stat respectively.
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Lonely | ↑ Attack, ↓ Defense |
| Naughty | ↑ Attack, ↓ SpDef |
You can also give Runerigus either Lonely or Naughty nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.
Keep in mind that giving Runerigus any of the above two natures will increase the damage it receives, making it less ideal for Competitive Play and harder post-game content.

If your Runerigus has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
