How to Get Marshadow in Pokemon Legends: Z-A Mega Dimension DLC

Complete Side Mission 192: The Stealthy Shadow

You can catch Marshadow in The Stealthy Shadow Side Mission in the Mega Dimension DLC. Do note that this is only available after you have beaten Rayquaza in the DLC's story.

You can get this Side Mission from an NPC found southeast of the Jaune Pokemon Center.

Head to Battle Court North of Prism Tower

After accepting the mission, the NPC will give you clues on what and where to go next. Head to the battle court found north of the Prism Tower during the day and wait for the shadow of the tower to intersect with thee center of the Poke Ball marking on the court. This will happen when there is 1/4 left of the cycle during daytime.

Once the hadow is in place, interact with the area and Marshadow will appear. Start the battle and catch Marshadow to complete the Side Mission.
