You can sometimes find Net Balls throughout Lumiose City, such as near market stalls, parks, and busy streets. Exploring different districts and checking around benches, corners, and other landmarks can help you collect more Poke Balls as you travel the city.
How to Use Net Balls
Lock in with ZL, Catch with ZR

A somewhat different Poke Ball that is more effective when catching Water- or Bug-type Pokemon. |
Use Net Balls to catch wild Pokemon by aiming with ZL and throwing with ZR. You can also sneak up or lower a Pokemon’s HP to increase your chances and take advantage of stunned Pokemon after they’re knocked out for an easier capture.
