Find Throughout Lumiose City
You can sometimes find Heal Balls throughout Lumiose City, such as near market stalls, parks, and busy streets. Exploring different districts and checking around benches, corners, and other landmarks can help you collect more Poke Balls as you travel the city.
How to Use Heal Balls
Lock in with ZL, Catch with ZR

 Heal Ball |
A remedial Poke Ball that restores HP and eliminates status conditions for a Pokemon caught with it. |
Use Heal Balls to catch wild Pokemon by aiming with ZL and throwing with ZR. You can also sneak up or lower a Pokemon’s HP to increase your chances and take advantage of stunned Pokemon after they’re knocked out for an easier capture.
