Amaura From Side Mission 027

Purchase the Sail Fossil at the Stone Emporium for ₽20,000 and speak to Reg in the Pokemon Research Lab to revive the fossil and obtain Amaura.

You can obtain an Amaura for free by choosing a Sail Fossil during Side Mission 27.

Since Amaura is a Slow Special Attacker, its best Nature is either Modest or Quiet to boost its Special Attack further, while reducing its Attack or Speed stat respectively.
