Machamp Best Nature and Moveset for Story

Adamant or Brave

Nature Stat Changes
Adamant Attack, SpAtk
Brave Attack, Speed

Since Machamp is a Slow Physical Attacker, its best Nature is either Adamant or Brave to boost its Attack further, while reducing its Special Attack or Speed stat respectively.

Alternative Natures

Nature Stat Changes
Lonely Attack, Defense
Naughty Attack, SpDef

You can also give Machamp either Lonely or Naughty nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.

Keep in mind that giving Machamp any of the above two natures will increase the damage it receives, making it less ideal for Competitive Play and harder post-game content.

Use Mints to Change Natures

Mint Usage

If your Machamp has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
Mints Locations and How to Change Nature

Best Machamp Moveset for the Story

Move Type Cooldown
Rock Slide Pokemon Rock Type Icon 7
Heavy Slam Pokemon Steel Type Icon 10
Brutal Swing Pokemon Dark Type Icon 6
Close Combat Pokemon Fighting Type Icon 12

We recommend the moves Close Combat, Rock Slide, Heavy Slam, and Brutal Swing when using Machamp during the main story.
