Trubbish can be found on top of the trash bins in Rouge Sector 6. This is found north of Lumiose City, southeast of Sushi High Roller.

Alpha Trubbish can be found at level 22 with Bullet Seed inside the buildings in Vert Sector 5. Climb the ladder behind Hotel AZ and head west with Roto Glide, then follow the nets to reach Vert Sector 5. Jump down the eastern corner to find Alpha Trubbish.

Impish or Careful

Careful ↑ SpDef, ↓ SpAtk

Due to Trubbish having very high Defensive stats, its best natures are either Impish or Careful to boost its Defense or Special Defense further.

Trubbish also has a better Attack stat compared to its Special Attack, so choosing one of the above natures allows Trubbish to still deal some damage with its Physical Moves.

You can also give Trubbish either Relaxed or Sassy nature, allowing you to increase your Defense or Special Defense at the cost of reduced Speed.

Keep in mind that giving Trubbish any of the above two natures will increase the cooldown of moves, putting you at a disadvantage against faster Pokemon.
