Heracross Best Nature and Moveset for Story

Adamant or Jolly

Nature Stat Changes
Adamant Attack, SpAtk
Jolly Speed, SpAtk

Since Heracross is a Fast Physical Attacker, its best Nature is either Adamant or Jolly to boost its Attack or Speed further, while reducing its Special Attack stat.

Alternative Natures

Nature Stat Changes
Lonely Attack, Defense
Naughty Attack, SpDef

You can also give Heracross either Lonely or Naughty nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.

Keep in mind that giving Heracross any of the above two natures will increase the damage it receives, making it less ideal for Competitive Play and harder post-game content.

Use Mints to Change Natures

Mint Usage

If your Heracross has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
Mints Locations and How to Change Nature

Best Heracross Moveset for the Story

Move Type Cooldown
Shadow Claw Pokemon Ghost Type Icon 7
Rock Blast Pokemon Rock Type Icon 6
Pin Missile Pokemon Bug Type Icon 6
Close Combat Pokemon Fighting Type Icon 12

We recommend the moves Close Combat, Shadow Claw, Pin Missile, and Rock Blast when using Heracross during the main story.
