Livid Outrage is a pretty good dashing Unite Move with knockback. The drawback is that Garchomp is stunned at the end of the move. Since it gives a disadvantage to Garchomp, you may want to use this in conjunction with teammates who uses moves with Stun like Pikachu or Gardevoir to get a better chance of hitting a target.
Another way to use this move safely is to use a fully upgraded Earthquake beforehand. A fully upgraded Earthquake slows opponents down long enough for Garchomp to recover from the stun.

You can also use Livid Outrage as an escape tool by activating it before an enemy is about to hit you with a move. Once activated, you can simply head in a safe direction while having a high burst of shields to protect you.
| 1.3.1.2 | Level learned changed from lv. 10 to lv. 9 |
|---|---|
| 1.11.1.8 | Amount of energy required reduced by about 17%. |
