You can acquire the Golurkite by defeating a Rogue Mega Golurk as a Random Encounter within Hyperspace Wild Zones.

Random Rogue Mega Pokemon can start appearing as you complete more Hyperspace Missions. Hyperspace Missions serve as the Main Missions for the Mega Dimension DLC.
