Toxtricity's form will depend on what Nature Toxel has when it evolves, which can be either its Amped Form or Low Key Form. Do note that using Mints to change Toxel's Nature will not affect the form of its evolution, as it will still follow the original Nature upon catching it.
Evolution Chart: How to Evolve Every Pokemon
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Modest | ↑ SpAtk, ↓ Attack |
| Timid | ↑ Speed, ↓ Attack |
Since Toxel is a Fast Special Attacker, it's best Nature is either Modest or Timid to boost its Special Attack or Speed further, while reducing its Attack stat.
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Mild | ↑ SpAtk, ↓ Defense |
| Rash | ↑ Speed, ↓ SpDef |
You can also give Toxel either Mild or Rash nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.
Keep in mind that giving Toxel any of the above two natures will increase the damage it receives, making it less ideal for Competitive Play and harder post-game content.

If your Toxel has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.

!Mints do not work! As with other games the inherent nature will always be the same as it was when caught, even though stat changes apply.
