Sell Them at Pokemon Centers
Pearl Strings can be sold at any of the Pokemon Centers for ₽10000.
Where to Find Pearl Strings
Acquire as a Reward From Rematches at Restaurant Le Wow

10 Pearl Strings can be received as rewards for each rematch at Restaurant Le Wow. Note that players have to complete Side Mission 94 in order for the battles to count as rematches.
