Exp. Candy M can be acquired from Mable as a reward from research level . This can reached by performing the different tasks Mable gives you to help complete her research. They get progressively harder as you rise through the levels.

You can obtain 4 Exp. Candy M every time you complete the battle course at Restaurant Le Yeah. Each course costs ₽15,000 and requires you to defeat 5 Trainers in a row without the ability to heal.
To unlock the Restaurant Le Yeah battles, you must first complete the Full Course of Battles: Two Stars side mission.
