Trevenant Best Nature and Moveset for Story

Adamant or Brave

Nature Stat Changes
Adamant Attack, SpAtk
Brave Attack, Speed

Since Trevenant is a Slow Physical Attacker, its best Nature is either Adamant or Brave to boost its Attack further, while reducing its Special Attack or Speed stat respectively.

Alternative Natures

Nature Stat Changes
Lonely Attack, Defense
Naughty Attack, SpDef

You can also give Trevenant either Lonely or Naughty nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.

Keep in mind that giving Trevenant any of the above two natures will increase the damage it receives, making it less ideal for Competitive Play and harder post-game content.

Use Mints to Change Natures

Mint Usage

If your Trevenant has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
Mints Locations and How to Change Nature

Best Trevenant Moveset for the Story

Move Type Cooldown
Rock Slide Pokemon Rock Type Icon 7
Phantom Force Pokemon Ghost Type Icon 12
Will-O-Wisp Pokemon Fire Type Icon 10
Horn Leech Pokemon Grass Type Icon 9

We recommend the moves Horn Leech, Phantom Force, Rock Slide, and Will-O-Wisp when using Trevenant during the main story.
