Sliggoo has a chance of appearing near the body of water north of Vert Sector 4. Do note that Sliggoo will only appear during the rain.
To evolve Sliggoo into a Goodra, you'll need to raise them to at least level 50. Once you've raised your Pokemon's level, you can head over to any bench, and wait for Rain or a Thunderstorm to evolve them!
If the weather conditions aren't cooperating with you, you can sit down on the bench, alternating between morning and night until it rains!

Evolution Chart: How to Evolve Every Pokemon
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Bold | ↑ Defense, ↓ Attack |
| Calm | ↑ SpDef, ↓ Attack |
Due to Sliggoo having very high Defensive stats, its best natures are either Bold or Calm to boost its Defense or Special Defense further.
Sliggoo also has a better Special Attack stat compared to its Attack, so choosing one of the above natures allows Sliggoo to still deal some damage with its Special Moves.
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Relaxed | ↑ Defense, ↓ Speed |
| Sassy | ↑ SpDef, ↓ Speed |
You can also give Sliggoo either Relaxed or Sassy nature, allowing you to increase your Defense or Special Defense at the cost of reduced Speed.
Keep in mind that giving Sliggoo any of the above two natures will increase the cooldown of moves, putting you at a disadvantage against faster Pokemon.

If your Sliggoo has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
