Furfrou has ten different trims that can be changed from an NPC named Mirte near Wild Zone 8. You need to complete Side Missions to unlock these trims.
| Mirte's Questline | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Becoming a Furfrou Trimmer (#47) |
| 2 | Becoming a Pro Furfrou Trimmer (#62) |
| 3 | Becoming a Peerless Furfrou Trimmer (#87) |
To change your Furfrou's trim, you first need to complete the Becoming a Furfrou Trimmer Side Mission, which is unlocked after completing Main Mission 19. You'll then unlock the option to change Furfrou's trims from Mirte.
You will be able to unlock more trims as you complete Mirte's other Side Missions, Becoming a Pro Furfrou Trimmer and Becoming a Peerless Furfrou Trimmer.

More trims will become available once you complete the other Side Missions from her. You can also revert back to Furfrou's original appearance if you select the "back to natural" option.
You can find Mirte southeast of Wild Zone 8, near the riverbank in Wild Zone 11.

Evolution Chart:
How to Evolve Every Pokemon
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Adamant | ↑ Attack, ↓ SpAtk |
| Jolly | ↑ Speed, ↓ SpAtk |
Since Furfrou is a Fast Physical Attacker, its best Nature is either Adamant or Jolly to boost its Attack or Speed further, while reducing its Special Attack stat.
| Nature | Stat Changes |
|---|---|
| Lonely | ↑ Attack, ↓ Defense |
| Naughty | ↑ Attack, ↓ SpDef |
You can also give Furfrou either Lonely or Naughty nature, if you will mainly use it for Story Content.
Keep in mind that giving Furfrou any of the above two natures will increase the damage it receives, making it less ideal for Competitive Play and harder post-game content.

If your Furfrou has a different Nature than the ones we recommend above, you can use a Mint to change its Nature.
