How to Get the Sail Fossil
Purchase from the Stone Emporium

Players can purchase the Sail Fossil from the Stone Emporium for ₽20,000. Players can purchase as many fossils as they want.
How to Revive the Sail Fossil
Speak with the NPC at the Pokemon Research Laboratory 2F

Players can speak with the NPC, Reg, on the 2F of the Pokemon Research Laboratory to revive their fossils. During Side Mission 27, players will have to revive a fossil of their choice by purchasing it from the Stone Emporium and bringing it back to Reg.
After completing this mission, players will be able to revive as many Fossils as they want.
