How to Use the White Herb
Give to a Pokemon to Negate a Lowered Stat
The White Herb negates negative changes to a Pokemon's stats if they are lowered by a move, whether self-inflicted or from an opponent. It can be given to a Pokemon to hold and is consumed when they are affected.
Keep in mind that it is a one-time use item. Once it is used during a battle, it cannot be used again.
