How to Use the Power Weight
Give to a Pokemon to Boost Its Def EV
Give the Power Weight to a Pokemon to boost the EV for Def making it an excellent choice for trainers who want to optimize training. Keep in mind however that this does reduce the Pokemon's Speed when held.
