Reach Level 49 in Mable's Research
Mable's Research offers multiiple rewards, such as TMs, but when you reach Level 49, you'll be rewarded with a Master Ball.

Beat Your Rival in Main Mission 39
In Main Mission 39, you must go through a series of battles with your rival waiting for you at the end. Beating your rival grants you a Master Ball.
Reward Battles in Infinite Z-A Royale
Master Balls can be acquired in Reward Battles in Infinite Z-A Royale. This feature can be unlocked after you complete the main story of the game.
What Should You Catch With the Master Ball?
Catch a Shiny
Shiny Pokemon only have a 1/4096 chance of appearing, so using a Master Ball on one is a good opportunity, especially if that Pokemon tends to flee when it spots you.
Catch Your Favorite Pokemon
Alternatively, you can catch your favorite Pokemon with a Master Ball as proof of their importance to you as a Trainer!

Legendaries are a Guaranteed Catch
You are guaranteed to catch the Legendary Pokemon that you'll find after beating the game, so you don't have to worry about using your Master Ball on them.

Lock in with ZL, Catch with ZR

Use Master Balls to catch wild Pokemon by aiming with ZL and throwing with ZR. You can also sneak up or lower a Pokemon’s HP to increase your chances and take advantage of stunned Pokemon after they’re knocked out for an easier capture.

Anonymous about 1 monthThis is inaccurate. I got a Friend Ball when I beat my rival for Main Mission 39. It would appear to have the same random chance as the rest of the Infinite Z-A Royale rewards.
