Fast Balls can be acquired in Reward Battles in Infinite Z-A Royale. This feature can be unlocked after you complete the main story of the game.
How to Use Fast Balls
Lock in with ZL, Catch with ZR

 Fast Ball |
More effective when catching Pokémon that are usually very quick to run away. |
Use Fast Balls to catch wild Pokemon by aiming with ZL and throwing with ZR. You can also sneak up or lower a Pokemon’s HP to increase your chances and take advantage of stunned Pokemon after they’re knocked out for an easier capture.
