Alolan ninetales is so good but I absolutely hate when someone uses unite move on 1 or 2 people. LIKE OMG SAVE IT FOR THE RAYQUAZA THAT'S IN LESS THAN A MINUTE DUMMIES!!!!!!!!

she can but if a pokemon has a burst damage set she is kinda cooked, although the freeze would help survive if your smart

it does with drain crown, you are getting good amount of heal with aurora veil and scope lens is only increasing the damage when crit hit which in turn increases the amount of healing she gets from said drain crown

Avalanche and Aurora Veil is great with basic attack held items like drain crown and scope lens. Avalanche does decent damage and freezes enemies and aurora veil reduces damage taken and freezes enemies with each basic attack, making it so its hard to hit because you are always frozen. drain crown aurora veil is good because every attack is a boosted attack so you are really just getting free heal whilst they are frozen

Tier list is bad but the developers need to buff this character. Considering the mobility and damage a lot of the truly better mon have, Avalanche especially but also Blizzard need an attack range buff. Dazzling gleam can get a range buff too since as a stun its lasting effect isn't anything write home about. Comparing even just the stats alone to say a Gardevoir, it's clear there's many problems. Gardevoir gets cooldown reductions ontop of already better spell damage too.

the reason for using avalanche instead of dazzling gleam is to increase snow warnings affect. Dazzling gleam and blizzard feels like a fusion food that sounds smart but isn't that great

I forgot to mention the moveset I use is Aurora veil and dazzling gleam

The moveset that I've found very effective is shell bell to slightly heal with dazzling gleam and to decrease the amount of time it takes to get aurora veil. I also use wise glasses to increase sp atk. Finally I use rapid fire scarf to speed up Aurora veil boosted attack

The build I use is Aurora veil and Dazzling gleam. Personally, I use scope lens and max critical hit emblems to get the best out of her boosted attacks/aurora veil since she has a 0% base crit-rate. It's not ideal, but it's worth it when the crits start kicking in. I also use rapid fire scarf and muscle band for constant speed reduction. The only major setback to the build is lack of endurance and minor mobility, but you could run eject button or x speed.

Please, put rapid fire scarf into concern because it increases less attack(useless for her) but more attack speed than muscle band

How is this S tier? This should be degraded down to A or C, It's excruciatingly terrible in the Theia Sky Ruins, like whoever uses this as part of the meta in the new map is a total idiot.

I think the freeze build is good because I get Chased a lot and the freezing PLUS the wall from Avalanche and the Eject Button. I think you get chased a lot too! That is why I think the Freeze build is good!

Muscle band works well with both SPECIAL ATTACKERS and PHYSICAL ATTACKERS as musle increases the damage of basic attacks and also increases the speed of basic attack (regardless of physical or special attacker). If you use the move Arora Veil, then musle band is a must item, muscle band is a God gift for players who use arora veil😇!! Hope I was able to clear your dought!! Muscle band works very well with alolan ninetails because alolan ninetails moves have a long cooldown, and ninetails has to rely on her basic attacks whenever her moves are on cooldown. Muscle band not only increases Attack stat (for PHYSICAL ATTACKERS) but also increses damage of basic attacks and also increses speed. So mucsle band works well with alolan ninetails.
