where does one get that swaying heights set?
Hello! It shouldn't. The finisher is actually the one that lets you repeat the combo cycle. This is the Inner Art that completes the stack bleed, activates the buff, and pops the bleed routine. Hope this helps!
How does the Sword Horizon Inner Art, change the rotation now that Strategic Blade can burst all bleeds with it's extra attacks.
