Deals damage over time to opposing Pokemon in the designated area of effect. Opposing Pokemon that are hit have decreased movement speed and weakened HP recovery effects for a short time.
After using Fanciful Fireworks, the Pokemon gains the following buff(s) for a few seconds:
Delphox | Shield granted. Movement Speed increased and reduced move cooldowns for a short time. |

Fanciful Fireworks lasts for 8 seconds after casting it.
Fanciful Fireworks is excellent for securing larger objectives like Drednaw and Zapdos because it disrupts opponents from getting a foothold on objectives by disabling their Healers. This allows Delphox and its team to gain an advantage in these skirmishes.
Alternatively, Fanciful Fireworks is good for disrupting opponents' movements, stopping them from reaching objectives in the first place.
In some scenarios, Fanciful Fireworks is a great tool for turning disadvantaged fights around. The best way to achieve this is by waiting until the enemies are grouped closely together, then placing it on their position.
Fanciful Fireworks' large area of effect and long duration makes it ideal for defending allies goal zones. Placing Fanciful Firework on allied goal zones is a great way to stop enemies from scoring points, especially during the last few moments of the match.
Fanciful Fireworks' healing debuff mitigates the healing from goal zones. Use this to effectively push lanes, particularly when your team is doing a last push during the final stretch of the match.
