Draining Kiss is a Move learned by Sylveon in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Draining Kiss, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Draining Kiss.

Draining Kiss Effect
Has the user blow a kiss at an opposing Pokemon that goes back and forth between the user and the opposing Pokemon multiple times. When the kiss touches the user, it restores its HP. When it hits the opposing Pokemon, it deals damage to it and decreases its movement speed for a short time. If the user and the opposing Pokemon move too far away from each other, the kiss will disappear faster than normal.
How to Use Draining Kiss
Utilize the Healing
If you're low on HP, don't hesitate to use Draining Kiss on wild Pokemon to heal up. It's better if you stay in lane and keep farming, especially when pressuring lanes.
Follow Up With Attacks and Moves
To make most out of Draining Kiss' slow effect, always follow up with standard attacks to trigger the movement speed increase from your boosted attack. You can also use Draining Kiss to set up Hyper Voice or Mystical Fire.
Get Close for Burst Damage and Healing
Since Draining Kiss bounces back and forth between the target and Sylveon, you can transform Draining Kiss into a burst damage/healing move by sticking closely to your target. The only downside is ending the move early, making you unable to utilize Draining Kiss' slow effect.
